In Uzbekistan, participants in the Hamster Combat game are threatened with criminal prosecution and financial sanctions.

Please note that any transactions with cryptocurrencies, including their illegal acquisition, sale and exchange, are strictly prohibited within the state. For such violations, sanctions are provided in the form of administrative arrest for a period of up to fifteen days or a fine of up to thirty basic calculated amounts.

In Uzbekistan, the base calculation value, which as of October 2023 is equal to 340,000 Uzbek soums, serves as the basis for determining the amount of the fine. Thus, the maximum fine for violators engaged in activities related to Hamster Combat can range from 535 to 808 basic calculation units.

According to journalists' reports, in the last month in Uzbekistan, dozens of individuals have been brought to justice for violations of legislation regulating the circulation of cryptocurrencies. These individuals were subject to either administrative arrest or a fine, most often for conducting transactions on the Binance cryptocurrency exchange, which does not have a license to operate in this country.

The mechanisms that will allow the authorities to control Hamster Combat participants have not been disclosed, but it can be assumed that the state has certain methods of supervision.

As for the Hamster Kombat sneaker, created in March in the Telegram messenger, it is quickly gaining popularity. According to internal statistics of the project, the number of its participants exceeds one hundred million people.
